skinned and chopped
1 lb. linguica, skinned
and chopped
3 green peppers, diced
3 med. onions, diced
˝ bottle ketchup (approx. 2 c.)
Sauté chopped chourico
and linguica in butter.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer, 20 minute,. Serve hot in a hard
roll.
