Portuguese Style Meat Balls

1 lb. hamburg
1/2 lb. chourico
3 onions chopped fine
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
dash salt

Combine hamburg, chourico, egg, salt and one of the onions, mix well and shape into balls. Coat with bread crumbs. Brown meat balls and the rest of the onion in small amount of oil. Add 1 cup water and 1/2 tsp. salt, simmer 15 minutes. Serve with rice and peas or hors d’oeuvres
