(Gaspar’s Favorite Outdoor Barbecue)
¼ lb. Gaspar’s Linguica per
person
Cut linguica
into 3” lengths. Slice in half
lengthwise. Place on grill and cook
until sizzling. Serve on hamburger
bun, hot dog bun, or hard roll. Gaspar’s
linguica is a welcome
addition to any mixed grill – try it along with hamburgers or slices of a
thick steak.
